The Little Acres
In Québec today many small farms are being sold at auction, victims of high prices and unprofitable methods. Once these little acres gave independence and a fair livelihood to father, son and grandson. Now, faced with bankruptcy, farmers are leaving one by one. A vivid documentary of changing times, this film tells the poignant story of men who must leave their petits arpents.
