At Maxville, Ontario, an afternoon of skirling pipes and swinging kilts. The occasion is the town's annual Glengarry Highland Games, with dancing, a mass march-past of pipes and drums, the caber toss and other tests of brawn. The film harks back to the history of the kilt.
