Lacrosse, the fastest summer game in the world, is regaining popularity. Played long ago by Indigenous Peoples in what is known now as North America, lacrosse has changed little over time. The film demonstrates how the game is played, how lacrosse sticks are made by Mohawks at a Cornwall factory, and how the Canadian Lacrosse Association helps to instruct teams.
