Our Collection

James Spencer is a contemporary Canadian painter. The body of his work consists of very large canvases, painted in acrylics from photographs, depicting mountains and waves. The film shows the difficulties entailed in working on a large-scale painting, 5.5 m by 8.5 m, commissioned by the Government of Ontario for the George Drew Building in Toronto.
