A film to help the farmer assess his grassland farming practices and to suggest ways in which he might increase his gains. It shows how to start a good grass forage crop and the fertilizer to use. On permanent pasture we see the strip-grazing method--to prevent uneven or overgrazing--whereby a movable electric fence is used to allocate a fresh area for each day.
