Pukaskwa National Park

Description
This film explores Pukaskwa National Park on Lake Superior. It provides a background of its geological past and plant life, but stresses mainly the activities, such as hiking, canoeing and camping, putting us back in touch with the natural elements that our ancestors both fought and enjoyed. The park is a beautiful haven, unspoilt by roads and human habitation, but for this reason it is also virtually inaccessible to all but experienced hikers and canoeists.
