Power Valley

Description
In the Québec wilderness, unchanged since the days of Cartier, a series of powerhouses converts the strength of the St. Maurice River into electricity for the industries that have sprung up along the river valley. Down the river moves the camera, past great reservoirs and powerhouses, pulp and paper mills and busy industrial towns, down to the docks at Trois Rivières from where the valley's products are shipped to world markets.
