Cutting and Packaging Boneless Cod
An instructional film that demonstrates in detail an approved method of finishing boneless codfish. While the film shows how the process is carried out in one plant, it emphasizes that much the same method may be used on a smaller scale by fishermen in their own sheds. Beginning with the "green" salted cod as they arrive in the fishing boats, the captions and illustrations explain each step in skinning, cutting, boning, drying, trimming, grading, and packaging in large and small quantities.
