Three employees of a biomedical research plant steal what they believe is synthetic heroin. They fly to Mexico to meet a buyer, dreaming of the luxurious life before them. The president of the research plant tells the police that the robbers have merely gotten away with a new kind of yeast. The truth of the matter is that they have stolen a deadly new strain of flu. As the robbers sicken and die, the president and a researcher discuss how lucrative it will be to develop a vaccine for the virus that has now been let loose in the world.
