A description of the aims and purpose of the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration. In the wake of World War II Europe is in desperate need of food, clothing, medical supplies, and, especially, agricultural supplies. As countries are liberated UNRRA is stepping in to help meet these enormous needs.
