Description
Eight Litres a Minute examines the serious problem of air pollution in many developing countries such as Brazil and Mexico. Here we see people affected by a variety of respiratory ailments resulting from high levels of toxic emissions. Attempts by the people to organize themselves to fight this threat are shown. The film makes the point that ecology and economy don't have to be at odds with one another, that industry can maintain profits while running safe factories.
