City of Dark

Plato has developed a system capable of scanning and displaying subconscious memories and dreams on a computer. His only interest is knowledge, discovery and science. Alice, a cybersubversive, infiltrates Plato's system and discovers that his research is being used for immoral purposes. City of Dark takes us on a visually sumptuous journey into a world where people's innermost thoughts have become the product of a corporate menace. Plato's search for truth leads him to question his own complicity in an immoral scheme to strip the world's population of original thought. Following in the tradition of the nouvelle vague, City of Dark transgresses the boundaries of cinema with a subversive and wildly original vision, leading us into the next wave with a thrilling post-modern take on the science fiction genre.
