Our Collection

We are all, each of us, theatrical. We all have little dramas or tragicomedies going on in our heads, and we all imagine ourselves the stars of our own life plays. Filmmaker Cindy Mochizuki has made external these little internal dramas in a conceptually challenging video/animation hybrid celebrating World Theatre Day. A generic apartment building is the stage, and a young woman our guide into the private performances we all thrill to when we think no one is looking. Theatre for the mind and the soul, that transforms us each and every day. A film without words.
