In the winter of 2005, Magda Zimmering, 82, lost her left glove while visiting the grave of her recently deceased husband. The gloves were a present from her late husband, her other half. Magda contacts the National Post's "Lost Mitten Registry!" in the hopes of finding her lost glove. Through photos and Magda's stories, we come to know a strong feisty woman, a survivor of the Holocaust. She fights for what she believes in and preserves what is precious to her.
