Our Collection

In 2006-2007 the NFB has been pursuing three main goals with Aboriginal Perspectives: Make Aboriginal cinema or documentary cinema about Aboriginal issues better known, pay tribute to Indigenous filmmakers and give teachers a chance to present in a dynamic way the issues related to Indigenous peoples in Canada.
