Worlds of Ice (Omni)
Worlds of Ice takes us on a 35-minute journey to the farthest reaches of the universe, travelling through the territories of the Arctic to explore the two-way relationship between humans and ice, a protean substance whose dynamics universally affect biology, astronomy, anthropology, culture and art.
But Worlds of Ice also rattles us, forcing us to realize that the melting of the polar ice caps has brought us dangerously close to the tipping point of dramatic climate change.
Ice. Precious, and vital.
