A tribute to Prince Edward Island on the occasion of the one hundreth anniversary of the first meeting, in Charlottetown, of the Fathers of Confederation. The film is the story of three villages, Victoria, Miscouche and North Rustico, whose activities were typical of the flurry of birthday excitement that swept the island.
