This film tells the story of the Cape Island boats, a familiar sight in the coastal waters of Nova Scotia. It takes you to their place of origin, the boat building yards of Clarks Harbour, and shows you the construction of a Cape Islander from the time the frame is fitted until the time the completed boat is launched to join its cousins for adventure at sea.
